The great success of Mediation has long been acknowledged within the Meditation community. It is great to see yet more services using Mediation to such great success in this case The Financial Services & Pension Ombudsman.

The Financial Services & Pension Ombudsman (FSPO) released figures for 2019. The figures show that 983 of the 1,399 complainants who received redress and/or compensation were resolved using Mediation.
